Step 1: Place Neck-Pillow and Back-Pillow on bed. Ensure that the sides with herbs are facing upward, while the wider sides are toward the direction of feet.

Step 2: Using both hands, push Back-Pillow against the small of your back, and then lie down slowly.

Step 3: Position Neck-Pillow close to shoulders, for maximum support of, and stretching of the neck and spine.

Step 4:Supporter-Pillows can also be used when lying side-ways in order to align spine in a horizontal position.

Step 5: Supporter-Pillows give the same support when lying on the other side.

Step 6: It is important to turn side-ways for a short time before getting up, to prevent back injury caused by getting up suddenly.
